August/September Crime Report

ARREST

Christina Louise Heimann, female, 37, of 110 Brandi Drive, Rolesville, was served a criminal summons on August 23 for fraud – worthless checks. Her trial date was set for August 31 in the Franklin County Courthouse, Louisburg.

Karen Thompson Monsanto, female, 47, of 4707 Courtney Lane, Raleigh, was arrested on August 25 for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/forgery and trafficking opium or heroin. She was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $75,000 secured bond. Her trial date was set for August 26 in the District of Raleigh.

Edward Stettinius Neale II, male, 32 of 3410 Cotton Mill Drive, Raleigh, was arrested on August 26 for speeding 66 mph in a 35 mph zone and driving without lights, there was an order for arrest from Franklin County for harassing phone calls. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $300 secured bond. His trial date was set for September 23 in Franklin County, Louisburg.

Steven Winstead Strickland, male, 31, of 1101 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, was arrested on September 6 for DWI and fleeing to elude the police. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $5,000 secured bond. His trial date was set for November 19 in the District of Wendell.

INCIDENT REPORT

On September 1 there was a domestic dispute at 701 Granite Falls Blvd., Rolesville.

On September 6 at 415 South Main Street, Rolesville, a 31-year-old white man was fleeing to elude with a motor vehicle for DWI.

A larceny from buildings with breaking and entering occurred on September 7 at 201 Stoke Hammond Court, Rolesville. Damaged was a screen door valued at $150. Stolen were tobacco products valued at $7, and a Bic lighter valued at $3.

On September 7 at 200 Crestleigh Court, Rolesville, there was an animal bite, which damaged a pair of workout pants valued at $20.

There was criminal damage to property at the Redford Center LLC 411 South Main Street, Rolesville. Damaged was a steel door valued at $100.

A larceny occurred on September 12 Los Tres Magueyes at 411 J South Main Street, Rolesville. Four white men stole three tacos, four sodas, and an order of cheese dip valued at $40.79.
