ARRESTS

Brandon Ray Williams, male, 23, of 3336 Quarry Road, Rolesville, was arrested on December 30 for DWI, driving with license revoked, and drug paraphernalia possessing/concealing. The officer observed a vehicle swerving in its lane and touching the center line more than once. The driver was given a field test, which he failed. He was transported to the Wake County Jail where the driver submitted to another test, which he failed again. He was released with a written promise and has a trial date of February 12 in Wendell.

Arthur Lee Estes, male, 54, of 11020 Sandyway Lane, Wake Forest, was arrested on January 4 for driving without headlights on and driving with license revoked. There were also warrants out on the driver. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held with a $500 secured bond .

INCIDENT REPORTS

State Employees Credit Union at 5801 Rogers Road, Rolesville, reported $400 stolen from an Automated Teller Machine on December 18.

David Weekley Homes reported that, on December 18, two teenagers caused damage to a screened in back porch valued at $50.

On December 18, at 307 South Main Street, Rolesville Elementary School reported vandalism to a pane of glass valued at $300.

On December 23, at 227 Lightbreeze Street, Rolesville, a silver bicycle, valued at $200, was stolen.

Two minors were found drinking on December 28 at 400 Wishingstar Street, Rolesville.

David Weekley Homes at 5011 Coachmen Drive, Rolesville, reported a larceny. Items stolen included a coffee table, valued at $325, and two plastic hanging plants, valued at $175.

CITATIONS

From December 12 to January 14 there were 135 citations written for: speeding, expired tags, expired insurance, expired registration, failure to stop at a stop sign, DWLR, passing on the right, headlights not on, window tinting, following too close, no child restraint, no seat belts, failure to reduce speed, passing in a no passing zone, running a red light, break lights out, underage consumption, open liquid bottles, possession of drugs and paraphernalia, and DWI.
