ARREST
Robert Paul Case, male, 42, of 4400 Lassiter Road, Wake Forest, was arrested on November 13 for driving while impaired. Officers attempted to stop Mr. Case, but he refused to pull over till he got to his home. He crossed left of the center lane and right of the fog lane many times. He was transported to the Wake County jail, where he was uncooperative, refused to blow into the intoxilyer, and refused to be processed by CCBI. He was released with a written promise and has a trial date of January 15 in Wendell.
James Harold Smith, male, 41, of 201 South Main St., Rolesville, was arrested on November 15 and charged with second-degree rape. He was transported to the Wake County jail and held on a $20,000 secured bond with a trial date of November 16 in Raleigh.
Neal Jackson Calder, male, 35, of 1406 Foxwood Drive, Garner, was arrested on November 16 for passing counterfeit money at the Subway at 411 South Main St. in Rolesville. While in custody, Mr. Calder destroyed a counterfeit $10 bill by eating and swallowing it. He was charged with possessing/uttering a counterfeit security and destruction of state evidence. He was transported to the Wake County jail and held with a secured bond of $1500 with a court date of November 17 in Raleigh.
Graham Caleb Pionkowski, male, 28, of 10301 Falls Mill Drive #107, Raleigh, was arrested on November 25 for DWI. The vehicle was stopped for erratic driving as well as speeding and running a stop sign. He was transported to the Wake County jail where he refused the test. He was released with a written promise and has a trial date of January 8 in Wendell.
April Velyn Franklin, female, 46, of 3909 Quarry Road, Zebulon, was arrested for larceny and possession on November 27. She was stopped for speeding and other traffic violations, but the driver was found to have been the suspect in a shoplifting that had just occurred at the Food Lion in Rolesville. Ms. Franklin was also found to be carrying a bottle of Oxycodone, the bottle also contained four Xanax tablets. She was transported to the Wake County jail and held on a $1500 secured bond with a trial date of January 8 in the Wendell.
John Fitzgerald Hankins, male, 45, of 10920 Stage Drive, Raleigh, was arrested on November 27 for assault on a female. He was transported to the Wake County jail and held on a $2000 secured bond with a trail date of January 15 in Wendell.
Derrick Duwan Johnson, male, 35, of 204 West Young St., Rolesville, was arrested on November 28 on three counts of larceny. He was transported to the Wake County jail where it was found that there was an additional three more counts on Mr. Johnson. He was held with a secured bond of $15,000 with a trial date of December 16 in Raleigh.
Charles Gregory Clifton, male, 37, of 4040 Watkins Road, Raleigh, was arrested on December 7 for driving with license revoked and fictitious tags. He was driving an Explorer with expired tags, inspection, and insurance, and the tags actually belonged on a Crown Victoria. Mr. Clifton was transferred to the Wake County jail and held on a $1,000 secured bond with a trial date of February 5 in Raleigh.
INCIDENT REPORTS
On November 13 there was a report at East Young Street and Virginia Water Drive, Rolesville, a 42-year-old male received DWI and DWLR along with five other traffic offenses.
Food Lion at 405 Main St., Rolesville, reported stolen property and credit card fraud. A 29-year-old male stole $193.35 of groceries on November 13.
On November 9, at 730 Shefford Town Road, Rolesville, a 20-year-old male was found to have one glass pipe and 4.00 grams of marijuana.
Subway at 411 South Main St., Rolesville, reported a 35-year-old male trying to pass two $10 counterfeit bills.
A burglary was reported on November 22 at 549 Redford Place Drive, Rolesville. A Suzuki dirt bike valued at $1962.
On November 25, unleaded gas, valued at $36.53, was stolen from Snackers Exxon at 413 South Main St., Rolesville.
Food Lion at 405 South Main St., Rolesville, reported a larceny. A 46-year-old female was found with two bottles of Ballatore Gran Spumante, valued at $12.49 each. Also found on her were four Xanax pills.
Rolesville Baptist Church reported a burglary/larceny on November 27 at 203 East Young Street, Rolesville. An eMachine computer valued at $1,000 was stolen.
On November 27, at 308 Southtown Circle, Rolesville, there was an assault on a female.
There was a breaking and entering/larceny from a motor vehicle on November 29 at 555 Redford Place, Rolesville. Stolen from a Honda Civic was a LiftMaster garage door opener valued at $50. There was damage to the driver side front window frame valued at $200 and damage to the driver side front window valued at $300.
There was a breaking and entering/larceny from a motor vehicle on December 2 at 542 Redford Place Drive, Rolesville. Stolen from a Mercury Mountaineer was a Tom Tom GPS valued at $249.
On December 4, at Green Drake Drive/Royal Coachman Drive, Rolesville, four 16 and two 17-year-old males were in possession of 1.00 gram of marijuana; they were also charged with littering.
A larceny was reported at 593 Geneina Lane, Rolesville, on December 6, where Christmas yard decorations were stolen valued at $500.
On December 7, 16 gallons of unleaded gas, valued at $42.22, was stolen from Snackers Exxon at 413 South Main St., Rolesville.
On December 11, at 100 South Main St., Rolesville, a 17-year-old male was in possession of a glass marijuana pipe valued at $10 and 2.00 grams of marijuana.
The Cart Company reported a motor vehicle theft on December 13 at 100 South Main St., Rolesville. Stolen was a Suzuki Z250 motocross dirt bike valued at $5,800, a Suzuki Z450 valued at $6,500, and a Suzuki Z450 valued at $8,500.
