ARREST


Janet Lynn Bunn, female, 35, of 4976 Lancaster Store Road, Spring Hope, was arrested on January 19 for passing a worthless check. She has two prior arrest orders. So she was transported to the Wake County jail and held with a $1,000 secured bond. Ms. Bunn has a trial date of February 8 in Wake County Court, of Raleigh.

Hector San Agustin Velasco, male, 23, of 6619 Oscar Barham Road, Wake Forest, was pulled over while driving on US HWY401 for having an inactive driver’s license. When the officer approached the car a strong odor of alcohol was evident coming from the car. The driver stated he had had four beers. He was arrested and transported to the Wake County Jail and held with a $1,000 secured bond. The following day information came in from the jail that Mr. Velasco had been arrested before using a different alias (San Agustin Hugo Velasco). This name brought up two additional suspensions for DWI. He awaits a trial date of March 3 in the county of Wendell.

Honchu Chong, male, 24, of 12020 Diamond Creek Road, Raleigh, was arrested on January 25 for driving left of the center land and DWI. Mr. Chong was transported to the Wake County Jail, but was released with a written promise and has a trial date of April 4 in the District of Wendell.

Paul Philip Colucci, male, 38, of 331 Middleham Drive, Rolesville, was arrested on January 31 for assault charges. Mr. Colucci was transported to the Wake County Jail. He has a trial date of March 5 in the District of Wendell.

Michael Anthony Connor, male, 21, of 4940 Pebble Beach Drive, Raleigh, was arrested for possession of 60 grams of marijuana and with intent to sell or distribute. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $3,000 secured bond. Mr. Connor has a trial date of March 12 in the District of Wendell.

Summer Nicole Proctor, female, 20, of 765 Moores Pond Road, Youngsville, was arrested on February 5 for passing unauthorized substitute for money and obtaining property by false pretenses. Ms. Proctor was transported to the jail and was taken before the magistrate. She was processed without incident and turned over to the jail and held with a secured bond of $11,000. Her trial date was February 8 in the Superior Court of Raleigh. Ms Proctor was also charged on the same date for possession of five or more counterfeit instruments, she is being held on a $21,000 secured bond with the same trial date, February 8, in the Court of Raleigh.

Donald Winifred McNeil Jr., male, 22, of 4709 Silverdene St., Raleigh, was arrested on February 6 for DWI and had an outstanding order for arrest for urinating in public. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $500 secured bond. Mr. McNeil has a trial date of March 12 in the District of Wendell.

Todd Ronald AuffHammer, male 38, of 110 North Main St., Rolesville, was questioned about solicitation at Glen Circle in Rolesville. He claimed he did not know he needed a permit. Upon checking background information it came back with a misdemeanor criminal summons. This was served on the defendant, and he was released on the scene. He has a trial date of March 5 in the Wake County Courthouse in the City of Raleigh.

Ronnie Joe Boykin, male, 40, of 35 Shanes Way, Zebulon, was arrested on February 10 for an outstanding order for arrest from Wilson County for passing a worthless check. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on $500 secured bond. Mr. Boykin has a trial date of March 1 in the District of Wilson.


INCIDENT REPORTS


A Larceny was reported at 215 South Main St., Rolesville on January 11. Jewelry valued at $3,360, shotgun valued at $500, DVD Player valued at $50, green vase valued at $5, drugs valued at $695, and consumable food valued at $23 were stolen.

On January 12, at Rogers Road and Granite Falls Boulevard, Rolesville, four juveniles, ages 18 and 19, were found for littering, possession of stolen property, and under age possession of alcohol.

A larceny occurred on January 13 at 1051 Evening Shade Avenue, Rolesville. Breaking and entering a motor vehicle with damage to the passenger side window valued at $300. Stolen was a Dell Tablet computer, valued at $1,500, a black inverter valued at $30, an Apple iPod valued at $300, a Bluetooth with charger/transmitter valued at $130.

Breaking and entering a motor vehicle occurred on January 15 at 916 Middle Ground Avenue, Rolesville. A Victoria Secret handbag valued at $50 was stolen.

On January 16, three teenagers were found breaking and entering a home at 300 Silent Farm Drive, Rolesville. Stolen was a Sony PlayStation PS3 video game console valued at $300.

Food Lion reported a larceny at 405 South Main St., Rolesville, on January 19. Three females stole one rib eye steak valued at $34.14.

On January 21, a home was broken into at 204 Sir William Lane, Rolesville. Stolen were household goods valued at $100.

A larceny occurred on January 21 at 302 West Young St., Rolesville. Stolen were automobile rims valued at $700 and tires valued at $200, trailer rims valued at $650 and tires valued at $150.

A larceny was reported at 211 Friesian Way, Rolesville, on January 24 where a realty “For Sale” sign, valued at $200, was reported stolen.

On February 1, at 405 South Main St., Rolesville, Food Lion reported a 20-year-old female who tried to pass four $50 counterfeit bills.

On February 2, at 405 South Main St., Rolesville, Food Lion reported a 20-year-old female who tried to pass two $50 counterfeit bills.

Keystone Builders reported a burglary/larceny on February 5 at 805 Pristine Lane, Rolesville. Stolen were a General Electric refrigerator valued at $1,600, a General Electric range valued at $500, and a General Electric microwave oven valued at $300.

On February 6, at 100 North Main St., Rolesville, two males, ages 21 and 22, were found in possession of 60 grams of marijuana. They were charged with possession with intent to sell or distribute.
