ARRESTS
Miriam Diaz, female, 35, of 416 Big Magnolia Court, Rolesville, was served a Criminal Summons on February 25 for communicating threats. Her court date will be March 1 in Raleigh.
Jihad Ibn Lyerly, male, 17, of 706 Bann River Court, Rolesville, was arrested on February 26 for breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $5000 secured bond. His court date will be March 1 in the District of Raleigh.
Lula Mae Hodge, female, 27, of 810 Jones Dairy Road, Wake Forest, was arrested on March 3 for driving with license revoked and giving the officer fictitious information (displaying a fictitious registration plate and no vehicle inspection). She was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $2000 secured bond. Her court date will be May 28 in the District of Wendell.
Vernon Tyrone Tisdale, male, 43, of 200 Lightbreeze Street, Rolesville, was served with a criminal summons on March 3 for trespassing and disturbing the peace. His court date will be May 28 in the District of Wendell.
Jesse Alan Bartholomew, male, 18, of 112 North Main Street, Rolesville, was arrested on March 5 for larceny and obtaining property by false pretense. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $6000 secured bond. His court date will be March 8 in the Wake County Court House, Raleigh.
Carlos (NMN) Jeronimo, male, 16, of 728 Southern Court, Oxford, was arrested on March 6 for Possession of Cocaine. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $5000 secured bond. His court date is March 8 in the Wake County District of Raleigh.
Agustin Yanez Barcenas, male, 21, of 1102B Gearwood Drive, Durham, was arrested on March 6 for driving while license revoked and fictitious tags. He also had an Active Order for an Arrest out of Wake County for failure to appear in court. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $500 secured bond. His court date will be April 9 in the District of Raleigh.
Julius David Smith, male, 39, of 1300 Massey Farm Road, Knightdale, was arrested on March 10 for driving with license revoked and interfering with emergency communication. He was transported to the Wake County Jail and held on a $7000 secured bond. His court date will be April 5 in the District of Raleigh.
INCIDENT REPORT
On February 16, at South Main Street/Wall Creek Drive, Rolesville, a 29-year-old male was found in possession of 10 grams of marijuana.
David Weekley Homes reported a larceny on February 18 at 5016 Royal Coachman Drive, Rolesville. Stolen was a General Electric range valued at $1500 and a General Electric microwave valued at $200.
David Weekley Homes reported another Larceny on February 18 at 4011 Pheasant Tail Court, Rolesville. Stolen was a General Electric range, valued at $1500.
David Weekly Homes reported still another larceny on February 18 at 5102 Royal Coachman Drive, Rolesville. Stolen was a General Electric range, valued at $1500 and a General Electric microwave, valued at $200.
Breaking and entering a motor vehicle occurred on February 18 at 603 South Main Street/ Expert Auto, Rolesville. An Even flow infant car bed, valued at $250, was stolen.
A burglary occurred at 706 Bann River Court, Rolesville on February 19. Stolen were 74 fifty cent pieces of U.S. coin currency valued at $37, miscellaneous change of U.S. coin currency, valued at $100, various denominations of U.S. Coins valued at $10, an Acer laptop computer, valued at $1000, a Samsung 18” TV, valued at $200, and a Dura brand Portable DVD Player valued at $100.
On February 21, at 1123 Virginia Water Drive, Rolesville, there was a 15-year-old male communicating threats.
On February 26, at 614 Toledo Court, Rolesville, there was a 13-year-old male making harassing phone calls.
Sanford Creek Elementary School reported that on March 3, at 701 Granite Falls Boulevard, Rolesville, a 43-year-old male was trespassing on school property.
On March 6, at West Young Street/Granite Falls Boulevard, Rolesville, two males ages 16 and 20 were found to be in Possession of 2.00 GMS of B-Cocaine and 1.00 GM of E-marijuana.
Food Lion reported a larceny on March 7 at 405 South Main Street, Rolesville. A male stole two Budweiser’s valued at $1.69.
INCIDENT REPORT
Breaking and entering a motor vehicle occurred at 203 East Young St., Rolesville, on March 7. There were seven credit cards stolen, a checkbook, blank checks, a black wallet valued at $10, assorted U.S. currency valued at $230, a Motorola cell phone valued at $69, and a Coach purse valued at $250.
On March 13, at Granite Falls Boulevard/Young Street, Rolesville, a 33-year old male was found to be in possession of 1.00 GM of E- marijuana and one pack of J&B Cigarette rolling papers valued at $1.50.
