It is where I was introduced to couponing for the first time. It is also where I learned how to coupon and get FREE groceries. Drug stores are great, too, but Kroger is the best.

Where else can you use digital coupons, manufacturer coupons and store coupons together to make a deal? Recently Kroger and Publix issued news releases discussing coupon usage/redemption and the increase in the use of coupons. Everyone is using coupons to save! You can truly save 60 to 90 percent off your grocery bill every time you shop. Groceries are also your cleaning, pet and health/beauty products. Sometimes they can increase your bill big time!

On July 22, Kroger revamped its online coupon site. Previously you could download manufacturer and Kroger coupons to your loyalty card. Then all you had to do was to go grocery shopping and, when you checked out, just scan your Kroger card. All the coupons you downloaded would then come right off your bill without ever clipping a coupon!

“This new digital coupon center makes it even easier for our customers to save money,” said Evan Anthony, vice president of corporate marketing and advertising for Kroger. “Our customers asked to make online coupons easier for them to use, and we listened. The time and money they can save is just the latest way Kroger delivers more value to its customers.”

With the new digital coupon center, you are able to select up to 150 coupons that you can

makes couponing a cinch at Kroger! I also love that I can choose the categories of the coupons. It makes looking through the digital coupons a snap. For example, I can choose frozen, pet or baby foods, and view all the offers for that select category!

Another point I love about Kroger is the pharmacy and fuel stations. The pharmacist always remembers my name, and my kids’ names, too! If they do not have the medicine in stock, they will get it for me right away. The fuel station is fantastic because you can earn fuel points just for buying what you already do and if you have a Kroger Plus card, you can get a discount on your fuel.

Kroger also doubles coupons up to $.50 every day. If you have a coupon for $.50 off a Suave deodorant, it will double to $1 off, which often makes the deodorant free. A few times a year Kroger offers super double or triple coupon days. These are my favorite times to shop.
