2017 Parade Homes Features Increased Amenities

The Annual Parade of Homes, N.C.’s largest open house presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, will run on September 30 & October 1, October 6-8, and October 13-15, 2017 from 12 p.m. -5 p.m.

For the second year in a row, the highest number of parade homes will be in northeastern Wake County. Homes in this area range in price from $260,000 to $1.3 Million. Triangle-wide, the Parade of Homes will feature over 280 homes on tour.

The Parade continues to be a free tour that is open to the public and offers the best way to view the newest homes throughout the Triangle. New homes communities in Eastern Wake County are featuring great amenities such as walking trails, pools and outdoor activities either located within or just minutes away.
