The Rolesville Buzz is committed to the community and is branching out with a new community calendar so that our readers can more easily get involved with the different groups and organizations that make the Rolesville, Wake Forest, and surrounding areas such a great place to live. Listed below are the submission guidelines, and if you have any questions, please give us a buzz!

Submission Guidelines:

Submissions need to be sent approximately one month prior to the event. For example: if you have an event happening in May, we would need the information submitted to us no later than April 15 to be considered for inclusion in the May issue. Anything received after the 15 will be considered for our online edition.

Electronic submissions should be sent to Meredith Gilley – meredith.gilley@rolesvillebuzz.com, and should include “Calendar Submission Request” in the subject line. Be sure to include the following:

1. Organization Name

2. Name of the Event

3. Date and time of the event

4. Location

5. Charity or group event will benefit

6. Contact information
